I don’t give career advice or tell you what job you should have. What I do offer is a clear, honest illumination of the energetics already living within you, your unique expression, your gifts. When you begin living in alignment with your design, your path reveals itself from the inside out.

You begin to live your design.
This means applying your unique strategy and authority to your everyday life. It means practicing discernment, slowing down, and taking radical responsibility for your decisions. I’ll offer practical tools and insights, but your life won’t change unless you change it. This is the start of your deconditioning journey, not the end.

Your Incarnation Cross reflects the energy of your life’s overarching theme.
During a Foundation Reading, we don’t dive into the Incarnation Cross in depth, but you’ll still get pieces that speak to its energy. As you grow in your experiment, you’ll begin to feel your Cross revealing itself as a lived experience.

It’s not a quick fix, it’s the beginning of lifelong alignment.
There are also tools and practices to support your nervous system regulation, which can help you feel safe enough to actually follow what your body is telling you. Human Design is most powerful when it’s lived, not just learned.
